Before you write a blog just keep in mind the keyword used and check it in Google.After you get the results take the first four or five results in the Google page and check each page with Ctrl+f(to find the keywords) to find your specific keyword.
Once you calculated the amount of keyword used already in the pages.Now its your time to hit the pages,for ex:the calculated amount of keywords used is 45.Try to use your keyword in your blog more than 45 this surely makes your page to get thumbs u in first page.Try this,if it works comment me .
